Personal: Roxanne is one of 2 kids produced from the marriage of Bernd Heinz Bibra and his wife Mary Kelley. Roxanne is a young Hip-Hop Rock fan who came to Columbus Ohio Recently to visit some cousins she had never seen before! She came in the Summer of 2003 and stayed at cousin Cassandra Steward's house for a couple of weeks. She also had a German girlfriend who traveled with her from overseas and also stayed at Cassandra's. I met her, along with all my family and she was a very pleasant person! There were several Cook-Outs planned for Roxanne's special visit to Columbus and all the cousins rolled out the Red Carpet for her to make her feel as enjoyable as she could during her stay! Roxanne's interests include: Music, Dancing, and hangin' out with lots of her freinds. She doesn't have any college plans as of yet, so, she is Young and Free and enjoying her refreshing Teenage 'European' Lifestyle....!!
