Personal: Bill Kelley was one of 5 children produced from the marriage of Billy Kelley and his wife Mary Steward. Because of Military Obligations concerning the father Billy, the Kelley's have been moving around while living in various States throughout the US. They eventually settled in San Jose, California. As Bill grew up and matured, his interests including listening and playing Jazz music. As you can see this pattern here, the taste of 'music' is in the Kelley's blood!! Bill played the saxaphone for various local Jazz bands throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Although he and his bands had their moments, they never achieved the success he set out for. He soon began to tire of the chase to become a famous musician and settled on a job being a manager of an Inventory Control system located in San Jose, California.
